My husband Guanwei and me Junye would like to welcome you to the Kosu.

By working in different restaurants we could both gain early experience in the restaurant industry. Guanwei is occupied with the preparation of Japanese meals since 1995 and I also take care for the welfare of my guests since 1998. This experience was the fundament for our move to independence.

This independence we also wanted to express within the name of our restaurant. Kosu is Japanese and means 'to cross a border'.

Especially important to us is the quality and freshness of our products. Check it out.
